Very true Liz. The divisiveness has grown awfully stale and definitely pushed by those with an agenda to disempower us. It’s possible to disagree without dehumanising the other and hopefully people are starting to realise all that they have in common. Thank you so much for reading and commenting :)
Exactly... Politics has become about character assassination more than policy. I want clear ideas backed up with the how it can be accomplished, not a bunch of ungrounded impractical nonsense and projected fear about what the other one might do or not do once elected.
I agree Camille and it turns voters off when they run negative campaigns. Fresh, ideas, grounded in common sense that address real people's concerns - always a winner! :)
